<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform preferable correction even if a past frame and a present frame are photographed by different conditions when a correction amount of the past frame is referred to in calculation of the correction amount of the present frame. <P>SOLUTION: An image processor includes: a photographing time information acquiring section for acquiring photographing time information during image photographing; a correction amount calculating section for calculating a correction amount of the photographed image from an image feature amount in the photographed image; a correction section for correcting the correction amount on the basis of the photographing time information; a correction processing section for applying the corrected correction amount to the photographed image and performing a correction processing; a correction amount recording section for recording the correction amount before correction by the correction section; and a correction amount acquiring section for acquiring the correction amount before a past image is corrected when a present image is corrected. The correction section corrects the correction amount on the basis of the correction amount before the past image is corrected when the present image is corrected and on the photographing time information when the present image is photographed.
