<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscopic observation method that allows each material forming an observation object to be visually checked. <P>SOLUTION: A microscopic observation method for observing an observation object by an optical microscope is provided for performing the steps including: a thin film-forming step of forming a thin film at least absorbing or scattering light on a surface of the observation object containing a plurality of types of constituent materials to thereby prepare an observation sample; and an observing step of observing the observation sample by the optical microscope. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
