DEVICE FOR VANADIUM-EXTRACTING OF USED-CATALYST FOR RHDS AND VRDS DESULFURIZATION

The present invention relates to an apparatus for extracting a vanadium of a spent desulfurization catalyst of RHDS (Residual Hydro Desulfurization) and VRDS (Vacuum Residue Desulfurization) in order to collect a vanadium metal absorbed to a spent desulfurization catalyst occurring from RHDS and VRDS processes. The apparatus for extracting a vanadium of the present invention comprises: a storage hopper for storing a spent catalyst which is removed of oil and sulfur; a raw material injection controller provided in a lower part of the storage hopper and controlling an amount of the spent catalyst dispensed by the storage hopper so that the amount become a fixed amount; a mesh basket for accommodating the spent catalyst dispensed in a fixed amount by the raw material injection controller; a transfer hoist for transferring the mesh basket accommodating the spent catalyst to a solvent tank; a plurality of solvent tanks for accommodating the mesh basket transferred from the transfer hoist and for dissolving vanadium contained in the spent catalyst; a washing tank for accommodating the mesh basket which has passed through the solvent tank and for washing solvent remaining in the spent catalyst; a transport conveyor for receiving and transferring the spent catalyst to be unloaded from the mesh basket which has passed through the washing tank; a blower for applying hot air to the spent catalyst transferred by the transfer conveyor and for removing solvent remaining in the spent catalyst; and in addition thereto, an aspirator for separating vanadium and solvent from the solvent containing vanadium which is dissolved by the solvent tank.
