<p>The present invention relates to a solar cell. The solar cell according to an example of the present invention comprises a semiconductor substrate containing impurities of a first conductive type; an emitter part containing a second conductive type impurities which is opposite to the first conductive type, and arranged on one side of the semiconductor substrate; a back electroluminescent part containing high concentration impurities of the first conductive type compared with the semiconductor substrate, and arranged on the opposite side of one surface of the semiconductor substrate; a first electrode electrically connected to the emitter part; and a second electrode electrically connected to the back electroluminescent part, and further comprises a first bypass part arranged on a part of an area where the emitter part and the first electrode are overlapped, electrically connected to the first electrode, and containing impurities of the first conductive type opposite to the emitter part, or further comprises a second bypass part located on a part of an area where the back electroluminescent part and the second electrode are overlapped, electrically connected to the second electrode, and containing impurities of the second conductive type opposite to the back electroluminescent part.</p> |
