<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold container using an inexpensive material, but having sufficient cooling performance, and having a shape with reduced restriction. <P>SOLUTION: The cold container includes a primary container body, a primary container lid, a heat-insulating secondary container body for storing the primary container body, a heat-insulating secondary container lid, and an outer box for storing the secondary container body. The primary container body has a storage portion molded in a thermoplastic resin sheet, and a flange portion formed on the outer periphery of the storage portion to project from the storage portion, and forming an air layer between the side surface of the primary container body and the side surface of the secondary container body. The secondary container body and the secondary container lid are molded in expanded polystyrene paper. The outer box is formed of paperboard having an inside reflecting surface made of an aluminum foil or aluminum deposition film.
