A display unit 58 performs notification when state of health acquired by the acquisition unit 68 is smaller than a first threshold value. When the acquisition unit 68 has not acquired state of health for a predetermined period, the display unit 58 performs notification if the elapsed period from the manufacture of the storage battery is longer than a second threshold value.
