The present invention relates to a fire damper control system for a vessel. As an opening and closing state information of a plurality of fire dampers is transmitted by connecting a local control part, sensing an opening and closing state of the fire dampers installed in a duct of a vessel, with a central control part; the opening and closing states are controlled and monitored through the central control part without an extra line connection work such as a feedback line. Therefore, line connection work and installation work for the fire dampers are conveniently performed; manufacturing costs are reduced as the length of the required lines are reduced; and specifically, time for the line connection work is prevented from increasing, thus the time required for installation of the fire dampers significantly reduced.
