<p>The present invention relates to a composition for preventing and treating an ischemic heart disease having an adeno-associated virus (AAV) as an active component including myocardial conversion genes and a cardiovascular generative gene, and more specifically, to a composition which has Gata4, Mef2c, and Tbx5, which are the myocardial conversion genes, and has Thymosinβ4, which is the cardiovascular generative gene. According to the present invention, the composition uses the adeno-associated virus which is clinically appropriate, and applies the Gata4, Mef2c, and Tbx5 (GMT) and Thymosin beta4 (Tβ4) which is revascularization, differentiation, and cardiovascular generative gene capable of directly converting a fibroblast into a myocardial cell as a functional gene delivered inside to an ischemic disease. Therefore, the present invention enables to directly convert a cell of a myocardial infarction part covered by the fibroblast and an extracellular matrix into the myocardial cell, and to induce a cardiovascular generation by stimulating a neighboring cell related to revascularization and myocardial generation.</p> |
