PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a germination rack, a nursery rack, a cultivation rack, and a plant factory provided with LED light sources for which the proportion of light quantity of a blue region and a red region can easily be changed in a simplified manner without increasing an installation area.SOLUTION: Board-type LED light sources (10A, 10D) include a first LED chip and a fluorescence substance. The first LED chip comprises one or more blue LED chips for chlorophyll (a) in a short wavelength region in a range of 400-450 nm, and one or more blue LED chips for chlorophyll (b) in a relatively short wavelength region in a range of 400-480 nm. The fluorescence substance comprises one kind of red fluorescence substance having a light emission peak in a long wavelength region in a range of 620-700 nm. |
