PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for the treatment of a cell solution, capable of sterilely preparing a cell-containing composition easily and swiftly.SOLUTION: The instrument for the treatment of a cell solution includes: a vessel 4 packed with a cell-separatory material consisting of a porous matter; and closable circuits 7-11 linked to the vessel 4. In this instrument, there are easily form-variable members 3 and 6 in the circuits 7-11. With this instrument, bubbles in the vessel generated in making a priming of the vessel can be easily removed by operating the easily form-variable members 3 and 6, and thus a desired cell-containing composition can be efficiently prepared sterilely. |
