摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method to treat surface overhead transmission lines, and to provide a method which can treat surfaces of overheated transmission lines in a way to prevent or minimize scratches which may occur on the surface during the process of manufacturing, transporting, or installing of overhead transmission lines. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a manufacturing method of overhead transmission lines using soft aluminum wire with surface hardening treatment comprises: a step of spraying an abrasive over the soft aluminum wire at a certain strength for surface hardening treatment; and a step of wiring soft aluminum wire with the hardening-treated surface around a circumference of a steel rod supporting the weight of the transmission line. According to the present invention, the surface hardening treatment by spraying an abrasive over the surface of overhead transmission lines with applied soft aluminum conductor can induce hardening of the surface; thereby significantly improving resistance to scratches, and compensating for the shortcomings of soft aluminum with low hardness.</p>
