<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion of a composite resin, which imparts sufficient strength and flexibility, and also superior hydrolysis resistance to an artificial leather when being used as the artificial leather. <P>SOLUTION: The artificial leather is compounded by stacking a layer containing an urethane-(meth)acrylic composite resin on a substrate, which contains 5 wt.% or more and 90 wt.% or less of an urethane resin.
