<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing an inner grooved tube which, when forming a groove on the inner surface of a tube by a grooving means, enables lubricating oil to sufficiently extend between the outer circumferential surface of a groove forming plug and the inner surface of a metallic tube, and to provide an inner grooved tube which is manufactured by the apparatus for manufacturing the inner grooved tube. <P>SOLUTION: In the apparatus 1 for manufacturing the inner grooved tube, an in-tube member which is arranged inside the tube is composed of a diameter reducing plug 32, a main groove forming plug 44 and a core bar 50. The in-tube member includes a through hole 50a for supplying the lubricating oil 60 from the upstream side to the downstream side inside the metallic tube 70, and the through hole 50a includes: a discharging port 50c for discharging the lubricating oil 60 between the upstream end of the diameter reducing plug 32 and the downstream end of the main groove forming plug 44; and an introducing port 50b for introducing the lubricating oil 60 on the upstream side of the discharging port 50c and also the through hole 50a is constituted so as to penetrate between the introducing port 50b and the discharging port 50c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
