The present invention relates to a grinder device comprising: a body part delivering a rotary force by receiving air or electricity; a grinder wheel rotating by being connected to an end of the body part; and a moving unit combined with the body part, making the body part move while being attached to a grinding surface. Therefore, as a worker′s inconvenience of supporting the body part with the worker′s arm is solved, the worker′s fatigability and muscular skeletal diseases are suppressed and safety accidents and damage to the device fundamentally prevented.
