Provided is a chip resistor. It includes a main body where substrates are stacked; resistors which are separated by a substrate in the main body, and are exposed through both cross sections of the main body; and a first and a second electrode which are formed to cover both cross sections of the main body and are connected to both ends of the resistors exposed, respectively.
