The present invention relates to an indoor and outdoor positioning method using an LED and a GPS, and a method, a system, a server, and an electronic device for indoor positioning. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for indoor positioning includes: a lighting fixture installed inside and outputting visible rays in which a lighting identifier is included; a server storing a database related to positions; a navigation satellite transmitting a GPS signal; an electronic device acquiring positioning locations by using the visible rays or the GPS signal to perform positioning.
