PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative pressure pump capable of preventing intrusion of water from an exhaust port to a pump part.SOLUTION: In the negative pressure pump in which exhaust from the pump part is discharged outside via the exhaust port 130, the exhaust port 130 is formed with an exhaust passage 133 between an inner peripheral surface of an exhaust hole 131 and an outer peripheral surface of a plug member 132 with the plug member 132 fitted from the outside into the exhaust hole 131. The exhaust hole and the plug member can be easily processed, so that a desired exhaust passage can be formed simply. Namely, the exhaust port of a desired structure can be manufactured easily at low cost. |
