<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing nanoparticles capable of producing highly hydrophilic nanoparticles in an aqueous solvent, and to suppress dispersion of the particle size in nanoparticles produced by the method. <P>SOLUTION: A Zn ion source and a ligand (N-acetyl-L-cysteine) are added into ultrapure water, and after adjusting pH, a Se ion source is injected and pH is adjusted again, to thereby obtain a precursor solution 1. The precursor solution 1 is pressurized and heated by an autoclave 10 to hydrothermally synthesize ZnSe nanoparticles 51 (A), and further the precursor solution 1 is added (B), to thereby execute hydrothermal synthesis by the autoclave 10 (C). By repeating treatments corresponding to arrows B, C, ZnSe nanoparticles 51 having a large particle size exceeding 5 nm with little dispersion of the particle size can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
