<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enclosure for floor opening work in a clean room with which safety of work can be ensured by preventing objects from falling into a floor opening and cleanness of a clean room can be maintained. <P>SOLUTION: An enclosure body 11 comprises frame-shaped frame members 21 constituting sides of a rectangular parallelepiped, and five panel members 22 and 23 fixed to the frame members 21 so as to constitute four side faces and a ceiling face of that rectangular parallelepiped. The panel member 23 of a side face is provided while boring an entrance/exit 24 at an upper side. Casters 12 are provided in lower ends of the frame members 21 so as to be moved on a floor surface. A sheet-like opening/closing member 13 is provided in the enclosure body 11 so as to open/close the entrance/exit 24.
