<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open a powerful route for expansion of renewable energy because the public has started sounding the alarm, paying attention to radioactive contamination, on one hand but on the other hand has been searching for a solution to find out energy source.SOLUTION: Hydraulic pressure in a water tank 3 and atmospheric pressure are converted into a reciprocating motion at different diameter pistons 5 and 6 within the water tank 3, a power generator 21 is operated by uplift of the large diameter piston 5 so as to recover discharge water into an upper water tank 1, the small diameter rear surface piston 6 is open to the atmospheric pressure and releases the residual water into a river, and then the same amount of water is supplemented from the upstream river.</p> |
