<p>The present invention relates to an explosion proof transformer, capable of transforming electricity by winding an electric wire inside a housing. The transformer comprises a plurality of wing panel members connected to an inner space of the housing, and protruding from the surface of the housing; a right protrusion protruding an inner side wall of each of the wing panel members; a left protrusion protruding from the other side wall of each of the wing panel members; and a welding part combining the right and left protrusions with each other by welding ends of the right and left protrusions with each other so upper and lower parts of the wing panel members are elastically transformed around the welding part. The transformer is able to be used even in an environment in which gas explosion may occur as a spark is completely prevented. As the wing panel members are expanded following the expansion of an inner fluid, a heated fluid is able to be accepted. The heated fluid is not leaked. Elasticity from expansion and reduction is efficiently provided by using point welding in the middle of the wing panel members.</p> |
