<p>The present invention includes a base; a testing module installed on the base and touching an electronic component to receive an output value from the component and then transmitting the value to a controller; a marking member marking the component; an elevating tool elevating the marking member; an ink storage body installed on the base, storing ink inside, and in which an opening hole, where the marking member passes through, is formed on an upper part; and a horizontal moving tool moving the elevating tool to a first position on an upper part of the opening hole and a second position on an upper part of the electronic component touching the testing module. Thus, as the marking member is elevated and horizontally moved, miniaturization and compaction are enabled.</p> |
