Software products are operable to analyse the sensor data 306 for determining an aggregate efficiency of operation of the asset based upon a weighted combination of contributions from one or more apparatus of the asset. The weightings may be determined based on historical data, artificial intelligence or neural networks. The sensors may be connected wirelessly to the server. The system may further detect apparatus failures and determine maintenance schedules. Simulation models 308 are used to identify recommended adjustments for improving the efficiency of operation of the asset.</p> |
