<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of improving the transfer efficiency of fruits/vegetables from a loading stand to a tray by a transfer device in a fruit sorting system. <P>SOLUTION: This fruit sorting system 1 includes a transfer device 60 for transferring a fruit/vegetable 6 loaded on a loading table 5 conveyed by a loading table conveying device 51 to a tray 8 conveyed by a tray conveying device 53, and packs the fruit/vegetable 6 loaded on the loading table 5 in the tray 8 according to a grade and a class.
