<p>The present invention relates to a multistage floatation separation apparatus comprising: constructing a space inside a floatation separation tank with a multistage structure and being installed to guide liquid flow inside the floatation separation tank in various directions; and applying an optimal stage floatation separation tank with respect to properties of raw water and uses in treating and enabling variable responses with respect to load change so as to improve condensation efficiency and floatation separation efficiency, and to a water treatment apparatus using the same. According to the present invention, the multistage floatation separation comprises a floatation separation tank is equipped with a plurality of dividing walls which are separately arranged in the lateral direction inside the floatation tank. A space inside the floatation separation tank is divided by a plurality of unit floatation tanks confined by the dividing walls. At least one of the dividing walls is equipped with an opening unit which is available for transporting raw water. And the raw water flowed in the floatation separation tank is transported in sequence to the neighboring unit floatation tank while being floated and separated.</p>
