The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing an eriodictyol compound or salt thereof as an active ingredient for moisturizing skin or increasing elasticity of skin. According to the present invention, the eriodictyol compound or the salt thereof can be used for the cosmetic composition, which increases elasticity of skin by continuously maintaining moisture of skin.
