PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taxi operation support device and a taxi operation support system for increasing the operation rate of a taxi.SOLUTION: A taxi operation support device 100 comprises: a database 130 which stores user information 131 on a user 30 of a taxi 20 and regional information 133 on a predetermined demand operation region; a fixed user information extraction unit 140 which classifies the user 30 who uses the taxi 20 at a predetermined frequency or more as a fixed user in a predetermined demand operation region on the basis of the user information 131 and extracts fixed user information 132 on the classified fixed user; an operation schedule determination unit 150 which refers to the regional information 133 and the fixed user information 132 and determines an operation schedule of the taxi 20 in the predetermined demand operation region; and a communication unit 120. |
