The present invention relates to an apparatus for providing a haptic feedback based on user behavior recognition and a method thereof, wherein the invention comprises: a detection unit for detecting a motion made by a user; a recognition unit for recognizing a specific motion made by the user by processing detection information as a motion of the user is detected by the detection unit; and a control unit for determining whether to output haptic feedback information in consideration of the specific motion of the user which is recognized by the recognition unit and for transmitting the haptic feedback information which is outputted depending on the result of the determination to at least one external device among mobile terminal devices, or speaker devices so as to deliver haptic feedback to the user.
