An apparatus may comprise an endpoint component operative on a processor circuit to receive an incoming call from a user, and identify an incoming phone number for the incoming call, a menu retrieval component operative on the processor circuit to determine a voice menu based on the incoming phone number, and a menu performance component operative on the processor circuit to perform the voice menu for the user. Other embodiments are described and claimed. |
