The present invention relates to a composite including polymers and blue phase liquid crystal (BPLC) wherein the polymer is non-liquid crystal polymer and the BPLC is diffused in the polymer where the ratio of the weight by part of the polymer (Wp) and the weight of by part of the BPLC (Wl) is more than 12 to 88 and not less than 30 to 70. The composite has a wide temperature range on the BLPC; can respond to electric filed at millisecond level; and has good stability and low viscosity while having large viewing angle. In the present invention, provided are a manufacturing method of a composite and an LCD device including the composite wherein the manufacturing method is simple and efficient.
