The present invention relates to a network management method in which a network management device provides internet to at least one subscriber terminal connected through one circuit. The network management method comprises the steps of: setting at least one subscriber terminal and channel; transmitting a test signal to check channel conditions of the channel; receiving a responding signal to the transmission, analyzing the received responding signal, and calculating channel performance; applying parameters to optimize the calculated channel performance; and transmitting and receiving the subscriber terminal and the channel by using the parameters.
