The present invention relates to a melt-spun cellulose composite fiber and a manufacturing method thereof wherein the composite fiber of the present invention shows significantly enhanced mechanical properties such as strength and elongation and so on compared with a conventional molten cellulose fiber having weak physical properties. Accordingly, the present invention can be widely used as a functional fabric, and a clothing material.
