摘要 <p>The present invention relates to sugar-free chocolate which contains a red ginseng extract which is obtained by an ultra-high pressure treatment of a conjugated enzyme. More particularly, the present invention comprises: an outer shell comprising couverture which contains cacao liquor, palatinose, and cacao butter; and ganache filled inside the outer shell and containing whipped cream, a red ginseng extract which is obtained by the ultra-high pressure treatment of a conjugated enzyme, milk couverture, butter, and oligosaccharide. The sugar-free chocolate enables the recovery from fatigue and invigorates vital energy. In addition, a distinctive flavor of a red ginseng is nicely blended with a distinctive taste of chocolate, thereby the chocolate with a very excellent appealability is made available for consumers without having to use sugar.</p>
