<p>The present invention relates to an up and down operating automatic pressure gelation molding machine for injection molding a liquid epoxy resin, which is a thermosetting plastic, as a molding material. In a conventional left and right operating automatic pressure gelation molding machine, a bonding portion of a molded article formed in the joint of a mold is formed in a longitudinal direction. However, some molded articles allow a laterally formed mold only since a bonding portion of a mold causes problems to functions and features of such molded articles and accordingly, a double injection mold has to be used to mold such molded articles, causing inconvenience. To solve such a problem, the present invention has a fixed plate and a moving plate formed horizontally up and down, wherein fixed mold and a moving mold are installed on the fixed plate and the moving plate, respectively, the moving plate is made to operate vertically up and down by an operating cylinder along a guide rail formed on a frame, accordingly, a bonding portion of a molded article is formed laterally, a lower part of the fixing plate has an up and down, and left and right operating nozzle unit so as to allow easy cleaning of an injection, an angle adjustable tilting apparatus is formed in an outer part of the frame of the molding machine to allow a tilt of the molding machine from 0 to 30 degrees so that air inside a shape is aggregated to one point of the tip end of the shape at the time of molding to allow an easy outflow of the air. Accordingly, the invention is easier to use, enhances production and ensures work safety.</p> |
