The present invention relates to a holder assembly for installation of a bulkhead pipe of a submarine capable of efficiently and precisely installing a penetration pipe in a sealing state by installing a penetration pipe penetrating both end parts of a holder unit when the holder unit is fixed to an installation hole. The holder assembly for installation of a bulkhead pipe of a submarine comprises: a holder unit which is inserted into an installation hole of a partition wall between a compartment of the submarine and a second compartment adjacent to the first partition wall and has both end parts exposed to the first and second compartments; at least one sealing unit arranged between the installation hole and the holder unit and maintaining sealing by adhering to the installation hole and the holder unit; a coupling unit coupled to the holder unit to adhere to the partition wall; and a limitation unit coupled to the holder unit and arranged between the coupling unit and the partition wall to limit the rotation of the coupling unit.
