<p>The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device. The organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention is characterized by comprising a display panel in which data lines and scan lines are formed and pixels arranged in a matrix shape are formed, wherein each of the pixels comprises a driving transistor having a gate electrode connected to a first node, having a first electrode connected to a second node, and having a second electrode connected to a third node; an organic light emitting diode emitting light upon current between drain and source of the driving transistor; and a first transistor connected between the first node and the third node, wherein the gate electrode of the driving transistor is overlapped with a semiconductor layer of the first transistor.</p> |
