The present invention relates to a data decoding apparatus. The data decoding apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a first determination unit for determining whether an error of read data has occurred based on a predetermined decoding method and for identifying the position of an occurring error; a second determination unit for investigating reliability based on a read voltage which has a predetermined range with respect to a position where an error is occurring and for determining a position of low reliability among positions where errors occur; and an error correction unit for generating correction data by correcting an error in a position of low reliability. |
