The present invention relates to a wheel block apparatus for safely carrying a transformer. According to the present invention, the wheel block apparatus to transfer a transformer while a set of four wheel blocks travels along a rail comprises: a frame which includes a pair of vertical frames and a horizontal frame coupled to the upper parts of the vertical frames; a pair of wheels coupled in the vertical frames at regular intervals to be rotated such that the frame travels along the rail; a hinge block coupled to the vertical frames to be rotated and positioned on an upper part of the horizontal frame; and a stopper member coupled to the vertical frames to prevent the wheels from rotating.
