The present invention relates to a heat generating lap blanket hung on a desk, the invention comprising: a heat generating fabric body (100) coupled with a heat generating means (200) inside a rectangular fabric, having a foldable sewing line (102) formed to be folded in left and right sides and divided to three levels and having a power connection unit (104) formed to supply power to the heat generating means (200) in one level of either one of left and right sides; a plurality of a ring-shaped modifiable hanger members (300) formed on vertexes at four corners of the rectangular heat generating fabric body (100) and formed on the top and bottom edges outside of the foldable sewing line (102); a power control plug (400) connected to the power connection unit (104) and for controlling and applying an intensity of an outer power source; and a ring-shaped hanger (500) arranged and linked rectangularly in an lower part of an upper plate of a user desk and coupled to the ring-shaped modifiable hanger member (300). The modifiable hanger member (300), which is formed on vertexes in left and right sides of an upper part of the heat generating fabric body (100) and formed on an upper part of the foldable sewing line (102), is coupled to the hanger (500) which is arranged rectangularly, so that a center of the heat generating fabric body (100) is modified to correspond to a front direction of a user′s knees and the left and right sides of the heat generating fabric body are modified to surround the left and right sides of a user′s thigh. Or the modifiable hanger member (300), which is formed in an upper and a lower part of the foldable sewing line (102) of the heat generating fabric body (100), is coupled to the hanger (500) which is arranged rectangularly, so that the center of the heat generating fabric body (100) is modified to correspond to an upper part of the user′s thigh and the left and right sides of the heat generating fabric body are modified to be lowered so as to surround the left and right sides of user′s thigh from top to bottom. |
