<p>The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition in the form of an emulsion, comprising: (a) a continuous phase; (b) at least one dispersed phase, in the continuous phase, different from the component (c); (c) water-insoluble particles; (d) at least one water-soluble salt and (e) at least one alkaline agent, wherein (d) and (e) are distinct compounds and wherein the composition optionally comprises at least one surfactant in an amount of 1 wt% or less relative to the total weight of the composition.
