The present invention relates to a unit pixel which is formed on a substrate and converts incident light into an electric signal. A power voltage is applied to the unit pixel. The unit pixel includes: a source in which a silicide layer for metal contact is formed on; a drain which is separated from the source and has a silicide layer for metal contact; a channel which is formed between the source and the drain and allows a current to flow; an insulating layer which is formed on the upper part of the channel; and a floating gate which has a nonsal structure where a silicide layer is not formed in an upper part to easily absorb light, is formed in the upper part of the insulating layer to be located between the source and the drain, and controls the amount of current which flows along the channel by an electric field due to electron-hole pairs generated by the incident light. The body of the unit pixel is floated. The electric field is applied to the channel by electrons collected on the source by a power voltage applied to the source and holes collected on the drain. |
