The present invention relates to an apparatus for dehydrating and drying organic wastewater and waste matters, comprising a main body (20) which has a hot blast heater (24) and a ventrui pipe (28) formed on both end parts of an inlet pipe (21), respectively, into which raw materials are injected; a dehydration means (30) which has a cyclone (35) connected to a lower side of the ventrui pipe (28); and a deodorization means (40) which is connected to a lower side of the cyclone to remove microparticles and materials with bad smell. Accordingly, provided are effects of ensuring eco-friendliness by separating and volatilizing moisture only from various organic waste matters with use of strong air current, and preventing creation of waste water; and of obtaining fermented fertilizer or compost materials by which moisture content properly remains. The fermented fertilizer or compost material is repeatedly used as an excipient, thereby reducing costs required for purchasing excipients, and leading to economical management. |
