The present invention relates to an intraoral fast-dissolving multi-unit pharmaceutical composition containing two or more active ingredients. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention has the same level of drug release as a single agent and thus, it is possible to expect the same pharmacological effect as a sing agent. In addition, since the number of agents to be taken is decreasing, medication compliance is expected to improve. In particular, according to the present invention, a second coating coated on an enteric coating layer is smoothly performed and therefore, it is possible to solve the problems arising at the time of coating a solifenacin drug layer on the enteric coating layer.
