According to an embodiment, the present invention comprises: an illumination calculation unit for calculating an illumination of an external environment; a diaphragm control unit for controlling an aperture of diaphragm; and an ND filter control unit for controlling a position of an ND filter, wherein a camera system controls an ND filter so that an aperture of diaphragm is closed if an illumination value calculated by the illumination calculation unit is greater than a preset threshold value and if a speed of a shutter is fixed.
