The present invention relates to a method for preparing a film, a film prepared by the method, and a polarizing plate and a liquid crystal display including the same. The method for preparing a film according to the present invention transfers a pattern in the shape of a self-assembly nanostructure onto a surface through an etching process by using a film having a self-assembly nanostructure of a block copolymer on the substrate as a mask, making it easy to arrange a cone-shaped nanostructure. Thus, the method can provide a film with a minimized reflexibility through a simple process. The film can be applied as a reflection preventing film in a useful way.
