<p>The present invention relates to a brake caliper. The present invention comprises: a caliper housing (1) where both left and right portion of an opened pad position space unit (5) where a pad is positioned is formed to have the same shape; and a piston adapter (10) coupled to a piston housing (1-1) formed toward one side of the caliper housing (1) to receive two pistons pushing the pad with oil hydraulic pressure and enabling a force applied to the pad to be biased toward one side from the center between two pistons. Therefore, the brake caliper can be converted into an unsymmetrical piston array type from the symmetrical piston array caliper without any design changes. More specifically, a back plate (13) reducing a fore deviation of the piston due to the change in a cross-section is integrated with the piston adapter (10) in order to prevent uneven abrasion of the pad due to the force deviation of the piston and a disk.</p> |
