PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a hybrid drive apparatus, the device capable of suppressing over charging or over discharging of a power storage device in starting or stopping an engine.SOLUTION: In a case where a charge residual amount of a power storage device is smaller than a first given value when starting or stopping an engine by transmitting torque output from a motor to the engine, a transmission gear ratio of a transmission mechanism is set at a transmission ratio with which a power charging amount to the power storage device is large or a transmission ratio with which a power discharge amount from the power storage device is small (step S4); whereas in a case where the charge residual amount of the power storage device is larger than a second given value that is larger than the first given value, the transmission gear ratio of the transmission mechanism is set at a transmission ratio with which a power discharge amount from the power storage device is large or a transmission ratio with which a power charge amount to the power storage device is small (step S7). |
