PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality determination device of a microcomputer for a vehicle which can efficiently confirm functions of a plurality of abnormality determination circuits.SOLUTION: Abnormality determination circuits 4 (1, 2) of a monitoring module 21 output abnormality determination signals to the outside when test data inputted by a microcomputer 1 do not coincide with prescribed patterns. A self-diagnosis circuit 7 outputs self-diagnosis data which are the same as the test data to the abnormality determination circuits, respectively, and monitors their functions. Since the abnormality determination circuit 4 (1) determines an abnormality together with a state of the abnormality determination signal outputted by the abnormality determination circuit 4 (2) when the test data are inputted, the abnormality determination signal outputted by the abnormality determination circuit 4 (2) is inputted via a selector 10. Result comparison circuits 8 (1, 2) compare expectation values of the data which should be outputted by the abnormality determination circuits and data which are actually outputted by the abnormality determination circuits, and input the data to the result comparison circuit 8 (2) which corresponds to the abnormality determination circuit 4 (2) via the selector. |
