PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic sensor equipped with a wiring pattern which is so constructed that, while the adhesion of a conductive layer is maintained, each layer, especially the conductive layer, is suppressed from becoming thinner, and a protective layer does not protrude like an eaves against the conductive layer.SOLUTION: There is provided an electrostatic sensor in which an electrode pattern and a wiring pattern electrically connected to the electrode pattern are formed on a surface of a base material, where at least the wiring pattern is provided with a transparent electrode layer formed on the base material, a connection layer formed on the transparent electrode layer and containing copper and nickel, a conductive layer formed on the connection layer and containing a greater amount of copper than does the connection layer, and a protective layer formed on the conductive layer and containing copper and nickel, the connection layer being thicker than the protective layer, a nickel content in the protective layer being larger than a nickel content in the conductive layer, and the conductive layer being thicker than the protective layer. |
