PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof structure of a vehicle that suppresses a roof vibration mode and functions as an antenna for communication equipment mounted on the vehicle. ! SOLUTION: Communication equipment 80 is mounted on a vehicle. A roof part 12 of the vehicle 80 comprises: side roof rails 39 and 40; roof bows 46, 47, and 48; a roof panel 55; and a reinforcement rib structure 60. The reinforcement rib structure 60 comprises a plurality of rib members 61, 62, and 63. The rib members 61, 62, and 63 are fixed to a lower surface of the roof panel 55 with electrical insulating adhesive material interposed therebetween. A wire 81 for an antenna of the communication equipment 80 is connected to the rib member 61, among the rib members 61, 62, and 63, corresponding to the wave length of the electric wave to be used by the communication equipment 80.
